The Opportunity
As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to bring client solutions to life by creating custom applications in iconic and React Native. With your experience in crafting beautiful apps and integrating them across micro-services, you'll help our clients stay ahead of the game.

Organisational Structure
You'll report to our Project Coordinators. This permanent full-time position is 100% onsite working from either Ahmedabad or Mohali Office working Monday to Friday, between 6:30 AM to 7:00PM- you choose!

A Day in the Life
    •    Lead Development: Take the lead on app development projects, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and on-time delivery.
    •    Technical Expertise: Utilize your deep expertise in Ionic and React Native to architect and develop robust and scalable Mobile applications.
    •    Ownership: Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
    •    Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    •    Architecture and Design: Participate in architectural discussions, contribute to technical decisions, and design efficient and maintainable software solutions.
    •    Code Quality: Enforce coding standards, best practices, and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest code quality and security.
    •    Testing: Lead unit testing efforts and ensure comprehensive test coverage for all developed features.
    •    Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.

To be a Front Running Candidate
    •    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    •    Proven experience ( 5- 8 years ) in React Native, Ionic and unit testing.
    •    Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
    •    Proficiency in modern software development practices and tools.
    •    Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    •    A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
    •    Familiarity with OOP design principles
    •    Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
    •    Superior analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
    •    Ability to perform in a team environment
    •    Strong oral and written communication skills
    •    Ability to interpret and follow technical plans
