About the role
As a Technical Sales Specialist at eZaango Group Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and strengthening customer relationships within our dynamic and rapidly growing organisation. This full-time position is based in our Melbourne office. Being the product company and alignment with the long term vision, Please be aware that this is not a WFH opportunity.
What you'll be doing
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients within the target market segments.
Utilize various sources, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking to generate high-quality leads.
Conduct outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and other appropriate methods to initiate conversations and introduce our SaaS software offerings.
Consultative Selling:
Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives.
Crafting tailored proposals and presentations to secure new business
Conduct in-depth discovery discussions to gather information and uncover opportunities where our SaaS software can provide meaningful solutions.
Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our SaaS software, tailoring the message to address the specific needs and challenges of each prospect.
Solution Positioning:
Craft compelling and customized sales pitches that highlight the unique value proposition of our SaaS software in relation to the prospect's requirements.
Provide accurate and informative responses to prospect inquiries, objections, and concerns.
Provide expert technical guidance and support to ensure our clients are leveraging our products and services to their full potential
Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure accurate representation of software capabilities.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and interactions.
Manage and prioritize your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of leads.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to sales management.
Negotiation and Closing:
Lead contract negotiations, addressing pricing, terms, and any specific requirements to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Secure signed contracts and navigate the entire sales cycle through to successful closure.
Relationship Building:
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within the prospect organizations and understanding their unique needs and pain points
Maintain post-sale relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a technical sales or account management role, preferably within the B2B software/technology industry
Must have Knowledge and understanding of NDIS and Aged Care.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate complex products and solutions
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering value-driven outcomes
Self-motivated, results-oriented, Collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and effectively with cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel as needed to attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, computer science, or business)
