We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our software development company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving HR initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the software development industry.
Manage the end to end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, partnerships with educational institutions, and participation in industry events.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs, such as team building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Management
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance related matters.
Identify and address performance issues, implementing corrective actions and development plans as needed.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Organizational Development
Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development initiatives that support the company’s strategic goals.
Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth or restructuring.
Develop and implement succession planning programs to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
Compliance and Policy Management
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including employment standards, health and safety, and anti discrimination laws.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices.
Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company’s compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive.
Develop and implement incentive programs to reward and recognize employee contributions.
Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits related matters.
HR Metrics and Reporting
Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to senior leadership.
Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities, including recruitment, turnover, employee engagement, and compliance.
Use data and analytics to identify trends and make data driven decisions to improve HR processes and programs.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Experience with HR software and tools, such as HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems.
Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
